Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sirenne website located at this domain (the "Site"), operated by Sirenne, a creator management house based in Malibu, California ("Sirenne," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, submitting an application, or using our earnings calculator or any other tool on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the Site itself. They are separate from, and do not replace, any signed management or representation agreement between Sirenne and a creator client, which governs the actual terms of that working relationship, including compensation.

Eligibility

The Site discusses adult-content platforms and creator monetization. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit an application. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Our Services

Sirenne provides creator management services, which may include content direction, audience growth strategy, chat and PPV monetization support, brand identity development, revenue reporting, and DMCA/legal support for creators. Acceptance into the Sirenne roster is at our sole discretion following an application and evaluation process, and does not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or growth result.

Earnings Calculator & Estimates

Any earnings calculator, projection, or figure shown on the Site is a directional estimate for planning conversations only. It is based on general assumptions about subscriber count, pricing, geography, and traffic quality, and is not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of actual results. Real revenue depends on many factors including content quality, cadence, retention, offer structure, and chat execution, and will vary, sometimes significantly, from any estimate shown.

Content & Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, design elements, and other material on the Site are owned by Sirenne or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent, except as necessary to view the Site in a standard browser.

Applications & Submitted Information
